Vintage wood flip folding kitchen BOOKCASE shelf cabinet

in excellent condition there is a chip out of the bottom bar on the left side on the bottom one of the pegs is missing so I put in a screw otherwise perfect wood is solid, real wood folds up (for what reason?) 27.75 wide 37 high frame is 11.75 deep. shelves are 10.75 deep shelf height is not adjustable. bottom and top are 2.5 high, middle 2 are 12" high arts & crafts style PLEASE TEXT ME - ROD number is in the REPLY button at the top or (323) eight one nine 4189.
