California Architect seeking Architect for Factory Project

California Architect seeking licensed Prime Architect to team up with on a factory project in Arizona. This is a tenant improvement where we would be coordinating with the factory equipment owner, their factory designer, and building shell and core architect of the factory. We would be collaborating on selection of the factory engineering team, coordinate the interior fitout, HVAC design, permitting, as well as selection of the contractors for the factory install and architectural elements of the interior, and taking this through construction to completion. Owner of the factory equipment install is located in California. This would be executed in Revit. You would not have to be fluent, just interested in getting up to speed on the software.
