Marketing Specialist - Remote - Full OR Part Time

Job Description: Pro-Terra (FORMALLY DESERT VISION DESIGN & DEVELOP LLC/CONSTRUCT CONTRACTING LLC) is a home builder and site work contracting company, executing various construction projects across the greater Phoenix metro area. We are working to gain a prominent position as a trusted leader in the valley’s construction industry. To achieve this, we are looking to add valuable core members to our team. The goal of the Marketing Specialist will be to increase brand recognition and lead generation through various marketing strategies across digital platforms. Assuming the role as Pro-Terra’s premier marketing employee, the candidate will be tasked with developing and executing our marketing campaign; so it will be expected that they have the creativity, determination and a clear understanding of the principles and tactics necessary to be successful. We are looking for someone to come either FULL OR PART TIME. Job Responsibilities: ● Continuously analyze and manage SEO of our website utilizing the necessary strategies to improve the site’s organic traffic. Use of creative writing and keywords. ● Manage all Pro-Terra social media accounts, by frequently creating engaging posts to help build a connection with the online community. ● Run PPC Ads that are tailored to our specific audience. ● Create various forms of content to be sent out across all our digital platforms. Including but not limited to photos, videos, case studies, blog posts, infographics, flyers etc. ● Set up automated email outreach to bring in potential clients. Periodically follow up through email with prospective clients and leads, utilizing CRM. ● Continuously analyze our competitors and market trends, as well as track the performance of our marketing campaign to then make the necessary adjustments to help Pro-Terra advance in the industry. Required Skills: ● Strong organization and communication skills ● Well versed in marketing tactics and strategy ● Creative writing ● Expertise with SEO, PPC Ads, CRM, basic HTML coding, social media, and content creation ● Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications ● Some web design using WordPress ● Some graphic design using the Adobe Suite Ideal Candidate Traits: We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated individual, preferably a recent graduate, to join our marketing team.
