You can literally do leads for solar, real estate, life insurance, small business owners, etc.. and be able to generate clients and get paid handsomely for it! We want to hire a potential growth partner to learn our business model and move up in the ranks to a senior media buyer executive. we have grown our business organically to over 7 figures in under a year and now are looking to establish a local presence and headquarters here in Austin, Texas! If you are an experienced Media Buyer or Facebook lead gen candidate, the following would be the roles, responsibilities, etc for the job Role: Decided, managed, and ran the overall Facebook and funnel marketing strategy for clients. Run effective Facebook ad campaigns that generate and complete orders within a timely manner. Tap into your creativity to design high-converting ad campaigns and landing pages based on data and experience for clients. Ability to recognize patterns and implement winning strategies across the board for all campaigns. Responsibilities: Set Up Facebook Ad Accounts Strategic input on overall direct response marketing workflow Set up Facebook Pixels on all landing page types and confirm they are working correctly Set Up Facebook Ad Campaigns, Adsets, and Ads UTM parameters set up Write and test new Facebook ad copy including body copy, headlines, and subheadlines Set Up Facebook Dashboard tracking for yourself and the team Tracking conversions in GoHighlevel (MOVE) and Clickfunnels Optimizing Facebook ad campaigns on a regular basis to get the best results Communicate effectively with coworkers. Coming up with creative ideas and new ad copy when campaigns fatigue Proficient ability to create new / optimize current copy / video and image edits on funnels Ability to make new creative (image and video) in Canva in coordination with the team and / or ability to make clear looms for design and task out creative (as needed). Ability to keep Dropbox / Google Drive hyper organized with copy and content that you use Ability to order custom funnels: create concise and clear looms when ordering new funnel designs etc. from a trusted company contractors Provide all copy in an organized fashion Ability to diagnose any problems in regards to tracking and then being able to fix those problems or swiftly delegate a resolve Complete regular check-ins with CSMs about campaign performance and client feedback Innovation on Facebook reporting and data interpretation Ability to keep a log of all new A/B split tests, to report back to the CEO UTM parameters implementation and meaningful interpretation of the data Results: Independently make decisions and execute on creating and optimizing ad campaigns Independently make decisions and execute on funnel split tests Ability to track and report all changes Facebook Ad campaigns producing & completing campaigns within 3 days. Ability to simultaneously run many ad campaigns at the same time Ability to test micro (within account) and macro (across accounts) and spot trends, patterns, etc Contribution towards overall direct response marketing strategies and workflows Requirements: A basic understanding of company workflows and procedures Ability to drive traffic and generate leads Expert written and spoken communication skills Experience in running Facebook ads (0-5+ years) Experience in delegating or making images and videos for ads in Canva
