iSolutions Wireless is an authorized Distribution Service Provider for StandUP Wireless. We are hiring enthusiastic Enrollment Agents and Marketing teams to offer FREE Cellular service with tablets and phones! Role and Responsibilities: As an Enrollment Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our event marketing initiatives, enrolling customers into StandUP Wireless ACP and Lifeline services. Your responsibilities will include: • Establishing positive relationships with customers and the community at large, that you are the ”Phone person” for this area. • Representing StandUP Wireless to your local community and non-profit agencies that help and support community outreach. • Educating consumers about what ACP is and how it can be used to receive FREE services with StandUP Wireless. • Enrolling qualified customers into the StandUP Wireless program from your phone or tablet. • Once qualified, providing consumers with an Activated Phone device, that is issued the same day. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: • Be detail oriented, and customer friendly. • Enjoy helping people in the community. • Easily communicate with customers • Ability to learn how to properly program and troubleshoot cellular phone issues. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Clean background record, no felonies, no theft. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual language skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.
